Create systems that help you practice wellbeing.

Why do systems matter?

As an ILR practitioner-faced daily with systemic oppression and intergenerational trauma-you must learn to protect and renew your life force. It is having systems for how you form new habits through small, repeating actions that helps you build the skills you need for your own wellbeing.

What do systems help you do?

Even if you know that growing your internal awareness, practicing reflection, or learning to set boundaries is important, in the absence of systems that support practicing those skills, we tend to just go back to the old way of doing things.

Thankfully the world is filled with systems like mindfulness, meditation, therapy, or Buddhism that were created for practicing wellbeing.
